I haven't been able to get into Capishe forum exchange for a few days, are they shut down ?

Well, maybe we should arrange some ground rules! Maybe - no downloading unitl 2 or 5 uploading is made, otherwise we will have a lot of worthless leechers and eventually our forum could be "forbidden" or "blocked" due to legal copyrights. Crying or Very sad

I came here first to find out what the deal is. Yea it looks its suspended. sad news. Hopefully it will start up somewhere else.
