How do you put a picture into an MP3 ?

I have no clue, is there an easy way ?

Using larger icons (at least in Win Vista), you can see an image of the record sleeve or the label. This feature is also available in iTunes.

using ID&TAG Rename software as well...there is an option to add picture to each mp3 file...
